Peanut Butter Cookies

(Makes about 10 dozen cookies) |
| 1 cup
margarine |
1 cup
peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) |
| 1 cup
packed light brown sugar |
1 cup
granulated sugar |
| 2 eggs |
3 cups
flour |
| 1
teaspoon baking powder |
1 1/2
teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/2
teaspoon salt |

Cream margarine, peanut butter, both sugars, and
eggs in a bowl. |

Blend remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. |

Add the flour mixture to the margarine mixture. |
| 4. |
Roll the dough into 120 balls. |
| 5. |
Place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. |
| 6. |
Flatten the dough balls into a 1 1/2 inch circle
and make a criss-cross design with a fork. |

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |

Remove from the cookie sheet, cool completely,
and package. |
