A "Kairos-Size" Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

(Makes about 50 dozen "Toll House" chocolate chip cookies)

Shopping List

INGREDIENTS

QUANTITY NEEDED
All-purpose flour 1 ten-pound bag
Light brown sugar 5 sixteen-ounce boxes
Granulated sugar 1 five-pound bag
Margarine (stick) 6 one-pound boxes
Large eggs (Grade A) 2 dozen
Semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 twelve-ounce bags
Baking soda 1 eight-ounce box
Salt 1 twenty-six ounce box
Vanilla extract 1 two-ounce bottle 
Use the "Toll House Cookies" recipe as found on the bags of Nestle's Chocolate Chips.  This recipe makes about 50 dozen delicious cookies for less than a dollar per dozen.  You may have small portions of some ingredients left over.
